He and his staff worked on the problem until it was fully resolved. He also uncovered additional problems which could potentially cause serious damage. Those fixes were made within our limited budget. Thanks Marks, you are now our Go-To Electric and Plumbing Contractor.
Beyond professional and I will he using them for all future needs. They were prompt and understood my situation which was an emergency. (hot water heater broke and was without hot water for 3 days dealing with Rheem warranty). Rheem wanted me to unhook the broken unit and return it to Home Depot to get a refund. Phil was awesome and did that all for me. Got the new tank and had it installed super fast. Everyone from Phil to the person I spoke with on the phone was great and understanding of my situation. I talked with them late Tuesday and had the new tank installed early afternoon Wednesday. Price was beyond fair. Like I said we will definitely be using them for all future work.
